EXCLUSIVE CARAVAN PARK
Glentham Grange caravan and motorhome park is exclusively for adults (18+). Set in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside near Market Rasen, surrounded by farmland, with stunning views of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
Our feature pond is a haven for birds and our Muscovy ducks. There is also a one acre lake which is already attracting its own wildlife, with fishing now available, exclusively to our guests (£6 per day).
All pitches either look out onto the new lake or the duck pond. We also offer a sheltered outdoor seating area, for you to sit and enjoy the views of the lake and surrounding Wolds, known by our guests as 'The Retreat', for its tranquillity.

20 all weather, hardstanding Caravan or Motorhome pitches with electric hook up and water access.

Immaculate toilet and shower facilities, kept spotlessly clean (monitored every couple of hours).

Luxury walk-in showers with free hot water and underfloor heating.

On-site shop, stocking essentials and local produce, as well as lovely gifts.

Our on-site bar, The Duck Inn, serving all your favourite drinks plus local ales and gin (open weekends and busy periods).

Laundry facilities, with washer and LPG gas dryer.

Pot wash area with hot running water.

Lake fishing for our guests (£6 per day).
We are happy to have well behaved dogs visit in caravans and motorhomes, but as our chickens and ducks are free range all dogs must be well behaved, on a short lead and supervised at all times.
The wildlife is very special here, and you can often see rabbits, hares, pheasants and partridges, as well as an abundance of birds, including our resident barn owls. You can also occasionally spot roe deer walking across the field from the nearby wood.
PRICING
Prices for Caravans, Motorhomes or Campervans:
£30 per night plus electricity (read at the meter on the pitch, charged at current unit price). Maximum 2 adults per unit.
Summer pitch prices: Between Friday 5th July - Sunday 8th September: £35
Additional fees: Awnings £2 per night. Dogs £2 per night each (maximum 2 dogs per unit).
Please note that there is a minimum 2 night stay and we do not accept day visitors to the park.
We also now offer fishing in our on-site lake at a small additional cost (guests only).
As this is a small, quiet park, the additional charges are to maintain the comfort and tranquillity of the site for all our guests.
