The city of Lincoln is 16 miles away, with its many sights and tourist hotspots including the spectacular cathedral and castle.  There are many bars, restaurants and cafes as well as bespoke shopping experiences. Take a boat trip along the Brayford wharf, or simply sit and relax outside one of the many cafes and bars alongside. There’s something for everyone.

 

Hemswell Cliff antique centre is 5 miles down the road, and showcases many antiques, with the widest range in the UK, and Europe's largest selection of dealers. There is also a large Sunday market held there all year round.

Lincolnshire Show ground is less than 15 minutes drive, and hosts a very varied array of shows, music events, markets, and of course the Lincolnshire County Show.

Gainsborough is a short journey away and has several supermarkets, as well as Marshall’s yard shopping area with a lovely range of individual and designer shops, cafes, and a programme of markets and events.
